In our aquatic area, you will be able to enjoy and relax with the different hydrotherapy alternatives.

We have a 23 ºC cold water pool so that you will be able to revitalize your body, relieve inflammation, enhance joint mobility as well as improve blood and lymphatic circulation. We have also provided a jet pool, where you will find a swan neck, different kinds of water jets, seats, and massage loungers at a temperature of 33 ºC.

In addition, we have a swimming pool at 30 ºC temperature so you can enjoy a nice swim and prepare your body with low impact.

SPA ETIQUETTE

For sauna lovers, Foresta Wellness brings you the first two Infrared Saunas in the country. With them, you can prepare your muscles before a massage, eliminate toxins and a multitude of other benefits.

These saunas are also eco-friendly with the environment as it consumes much less energy than a conventional sauna.

When you wish, you may take a time off in our Relax Zone area with comfortable loungers, and of course, so that you do not forget to rehydrate, fresh water always available.
