Have questions before your stay?

Check-in and check-out times

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. If you'd like to make the most of your time with us, please ask about early check-in or late check-out options.

Is breakfast included with my booking?

This depends on the rate you choose. If not included, breakfast can be added during the booking process or upon arrival at reception.

Cancellations and booking changes

Your ability to cancel or modify your booking depends on the rate conditions. Please refer to your confirmation email or contact us directly for full details.

How to book Foresta Wellness

You can book online through our website, by phone or by emailing foresta@arimahotel.com. We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time.

Spa access for non-residents

Foresta Wellness is open to both hotel guests and external clients aged 18 and above. Please check our rates and availability.

Foresta Fitness access and facilities

Our boutique gym features state-of-the-art equipment and a peaceful, crowd-free atmosphere. Access is included for guests and also available to external clients via membership.

Dining reservations

We recommend reserving in advance, particularly at weekends and during holidays. Book online, by phone, or directly with our reception team.

Weekend brunch access

Our weekend brunch is also open to non-residents. Entry is via the hotel reception and prior booking is required.

Location and how to get here

We are located in San Sebastian, beside the serene Miramon Forest — just minutes from the city centre. Local bus routes are convenient, with Line 28 connecting directly to our area.

Transfer service

A private transfer service is available by prior request. Please contact us in advance to arrange the details.

Pet policy

While we love animals, we prioritise the comfort of all our guests — including those who may be sensitive to pets. At this time, we are unable to accommodate animals. Thank you for your understanding.
